It all began with pallets, an ice maker, and the answer to the question: what if?
What if... there was a way to use coffee to transform a space?
When I was in college, my original thought was that were I to have an ice maker and a cart to put my espresso machine on, I could make drinks for my friends.
I ended up building a cart out of pallets to do just that. Over the course of the next two years making drinks for my friends in my college dorm, I learned that this cart awakens and enlivens community right where people are at.
Fast-foward to today, our mobile bars are no longer thrown together out of pallets but rather specifically engineered to the maximum efficiency. This led us to build upon our answer and ask a new question: why not?
We asked ourselves, why not provide unlimited drinks to our clients?
We decided that if our clients were deserving of it, then they should only have the best.
