RETURNS

We want you to be fully happy with your purchase from Stone Cold’s. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy to fix.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed between October 30th and December 30th, 2025 may be returned through January 31st, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY

New, unused, and unopened merchandise can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Items must be in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Coffee products (beans, grounds, or any perishable items)
Flash sale or final sale items (these items are not eligible for return or exchange)

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Gift returns are issued as store credit.

HOW TO RETURN

Online orders may be returned by mail or in person at a Stone Cold’s location (where applicable).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In-store purchases can be returned online only if you provided an email at checkout to link your order.
Combined returns are not accepted.
