Please note that you may receive more than one Shipment Notification E-mail if item(s) from your order are shipping separately.

 

If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. Occasionally, carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” even when it’s still out for delivery. In most cases, the package is delivered within the next four business days.

 

If four business days have passed since your package was marked “Delivered,” and you’ve checked around your delivery location (mailroom, porch, neighbors, leasing office, etc.) but still can’t locate it, please contact Stone Cold’s Customer Service for further assistance.

 

Please note, Stone Cold’s is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

 

If the tracking information for your order shows no movement for more than five business days, reach out to Customer Service so we can help investigate.

 

At this time, we’re not set up to offer reshipments or exchanges for missing packages. If your order is refunded, a new order will need to be placed.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?

Once an order is placed at Stone Cold’s, it begins processing immediately and typically cannot be stopped or changed.

 

If your order has already shipped and you need to edit or correct your address, you’ll need to work directly with USPS to request changes.

 

Please note:

 

Modifying addresses or shipping methods may delay delivery.

USPS may charge additional fees for these changes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
